Privacy policy

In short: we only collect what you send us yourself and only use it to answer your inquiry. We use no cookies, no advertising and no visitor statistics.

Inquiry form and email

When you write to us via the form or by email, we receive your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests and your message. We only use this information to answer your inquiry and to handle a possible booking. We do not pass it on and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example for accounting records).

Server

The website is hosted by our provider in Switzerland. When you visit, the server briefly stores technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page visited in log files to ensure operation and security.

No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies and no analytics or advertising services. The fonts are hosted on our own server.

Availability calendar and video

The availability calendar on the Achat apartment page comes from Google, and the “Last Christmas” video on the winter page from YouTube (Google). Both only load when you click “Show availability” or the video. Your IP address is then sent to Google, and Google may set its own cookies; Google’s privacy policy applies.

Webcams and links

On the “Mountains live” page we show webcams from Roundshot, Feratel and Saastal Tourismus. When these images load, your IP address is sent to the respective provider; their privacy policies apply. Links to other websites, such as Google Maps or shops, only open when you click them.

Your rights

You can ask about your data at any time and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to us at info@fewosaasfee.ch.
